Allen Ni

Allen brings almost a Decade of experience in various labs, 5 of which where he was involved in laboratory management, administration, and operation. As a consultant that has worked with dozens of labs, he has been involved in the building and designing of over 10 labs from the ground up, and has retrofitted and revamped even more.

Allen graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Bioengineering program, where he was involved with Engineers Without Borders and Entrepreneurs Without Borders, working in poverty alleviation outreach and charitable intervention in India, Tanzania, and South Africa. Passionate about bringing about improvements in healthcare access through better scientific solutions, he strives to find places where science and service intersect.

His background in medical and pharmaceutical research gives him a multi-disciplinary approach to medicine and lab management that allows agile and effective repositioning of core efficiencies in lab operation. Having worked with Cardinal Bernadin Cancer Center of Loyola’s Medical college, and the Hines Veteran Affairs research hospital, his up-close experience with hospital systems and patients help guide his understanding of the healthcare system as a whole.
