Allen Ni

Allen is the President of Sanctus Life Sciences. Since joining Sanctus, he has helped advance the company’s scientific vision, drive innovation, and translate cutting-edge research into meaningful impact. He leads company-wide strategy and operations while continuing to champion scientific excellence across programs. He brings nearly a decade of experience across diverse laboratory environments, including five years in laboratory management, administration, and operations. As a consultant who has worked with dozens of labs, he has helped build and design more than 10 laboratories from the ground up and has retrofitted and revitalized many more. His leadership combines hands-on operational discipline with a clear focus on scalable, high-performing lab systems.

Allen graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Bioengineering. He participated in Engineers Without Borders and Entrepreneurs Without Borders, supporting poverty alleviation outreach and charitable intervention efforts in India, Tanzania, and South Africa. He is passionate about improving healthcare access by applying better scientific solutions where science and service meet.

With a background in medical and pharmaceutical research, Allen brings a multidisciplinary approach to medicine and laboratory management. He has worked with the Cardinal Bernadin Cancer Center at Loyola University Medical Center and the Hines Veterans Affairs research hospital. These experiences strengthened his understanding of hospital systems and patient needs and continue to inform how he builds effective lab operations and strategy.
